How To Extend The Secondary Monitor

Both ports would be classified as DVI, VGA, HDMI or DisplayPort Mini. Image shown above is one VGA port (left) next to the HDMI port. Connect the second monitor and turn on the laptop monitor.
Click the “Identify” or “detection” (depending on the operating system you would use) for the computer for register the second monitor.
