Tips On How To Send Emails Quick and simple


If it is the first time you are going to send emails over the internet, it is advisable that you are knowledgeable concerning the most convenient way to do it.

Emails are electronic mails which can be sent from one account to another one. They have long replaced the usage of snail mail for correspondence purposes.

Here are the steps on how to send emails:

1. Open your email account

If you don’t have one yet, better go to Yahoo mail or Gmail and sign up. You are required to fill out a form and set up a username and password for your account. Once that’s done, you can simply login to the system and begin creating your email.

2. Click on the “Compose Mail” button or tab

Look at the left panel of the screen. The “Compose Mail” button might be there. Clicking it will lead you to a screen where you are to fill out the important information needed to send your email.

3. Complete the needed information

On the next screen, you have to type the e-mail address of the mail’s recipient, the topic of your mail, as well as, the body of the email you want to send. Type everything in the corresponding boxes. Make sure that the recipient’s email address is correct. Otherwise, your email will not be sent properly.

4. Add attachment files if needed

You can send a photograph, a digital image, a document, or any file inside your computer as you wish. Most email account providers can send multiple files as long as it does not exceed the set limits. This step is optional. If you don’t need to send a file to your recipient, you can merely ignore this step.

5. Click on the “Send” button

Clicking on the “send” button automatically sends your email to the address you typed in the “To” bar. If the email software had detected no errors, it will proceed to send the email as requested. Otherwise, it will come back to you with an error message.

6. Sign out of the system

After sending the email and no error messages were returned to you, you can be sure that the email you sent will be read by the receiver. He or she will receive it in a few minutes, seconds even. That’s how fast emails are. After that you can proceed to sign out of your email account. You can sign in again after a few hours to check if the person you wrote to responded.

Here are some steps how you can set up your gmail voice and video chat :

  • Friends list in your gmail
  • Install Headset and webcam
  • Install the voice and video plugin. Here is the link to install. Gmail Voice and Video chat. You need to restart your browser to enable this feature.
  • Move your mouse over one of your friend list, it’s located at left sidebar of your gmail. Click ways of chat you want. If you want to do video chat, choose ‘video and more’.

Malware is used to refer viruses, Trojans and worms or any programs that have malicious actions.
