There’s always something to spoil your free fun. The one fun thing that’s available for free – a public Wi-Fi network at a coffee shop or a train station – that you’ve always enjoyed making use of, the spoilsports have to always warn you about it.
Everyone has to tell you that these things aren’t safe and that there can be all kinds of malware that the jump from one computer to the next over such a network.
Not only do people just idly browse the Internet when on a public Wi-Fi network, they even do stuff that’s supposed to be private or personal – their banking, buying stuff over the Internet, their taxes.
Now no one’s going to ever listen to advice on how they are never to do this. If something seems harmless on the surface, people are going to do it no matter what.

Like all previous networking standards, the 4G network standard has been decided on an international level by a body called the International Telecommunication Union. This body has discussed, in conjunction with major carriers and technology developers the requirements and standards that a 4G device or network should meet.
Currently, even the fastest of the networks in operation does not meet the 4G standard, and that includes the network labeled as 4G by T-Mobile. Though the upgrade that they have implemented gives increased speed and other features, it will not give as many benefits as it should. Read the rest of this entry →

The most common networking was and continues to be the wired network; however the popularity of this is waning. On the other hand, the popularity of wireless networking is on the rise simply because of the comfort it provides its users.
There is not much difference in the way a wireless and a wired network work. It is in the way the signals are carried from one point to the other that they differ.
In case of a wired network the signal is transmitted over the wire as an RF signal. In the case of a wireless network, the signal is transferred to the destination as an RF signal transmitted over the air.
